The Company for many years was one of the premier independent real estate offices in the area. In April, 1999, Woodwardside joined the Better Homes and Gardens real estate franchise network, dramatically expanding the services available to our buying and selling clients. The Better Homes and Gardens real estate network was subsequently purchased by GMAC; in 2000 we changed our name to Woodwardside GMAC Real Estate. We participate in many GM real estate programs, including Family First, Great Moves, and Global Relocation. Our Company Woodwardside GMAC Real Estate specializes in residential real estate in North Suburban Detroit.
